Life & Wellness Coaching sessions are based on the premise that 'The Way We Live is the Best Medicine' and address the lifestyle causes of many illnesses, dis-ease and pandemic exhaustion. They are complimentary to medical & Allied Health treatment plans and in no way do they seek to replace them.

Coaching sessions are delivered as single sessions or as programs of 3, 6 or 9 sessions
at Lane Cove Counselling clinic located in Lower North Shore, Sydney, or via Telehealth & Online
